Welcome to Greenview Park Village

Greenview Park is a medium size retirement village designed with you in mind. Established in 1997, there is a variety of housing options, with a total of 15 apartments with optional services, 16 one bedroom and 41 two bedroom villas. The landscaped gardens are mature and provide a pleasant setting in which to live.

Our on-site hospital, Terence Kennedy House, is a residential aged care hospital with a reputation for  an excellent standard of care. Terence Kennedy House provides great comfort to residents as a future option -should their spouse need a higher level of care, they can be walking distance away from where they reside.  

The Glengarry ridgeline provides a panoramic backdrop for the village. This combined with our friendly and supportive environment makes ours a first class village.

 At present we have a choice of residences available:

 Five 2 bedroom villas with single garages. 

 Two 1 bedroom villas.

 Two 1 bedroom apartments. 

Open Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th October,  Noon to 4pm.

We are available from  10am to 4pm Monday to Friday, but please make an appointment to view..
