Proudly Owned & Operated
We are not only a family run village, but we consider all our residents as an extension of our family too. Everything we do is centred around providing you with the best place to live and a high quality of life. We don’t compromise when it comes to the quality of care we provide and how we treat our residents.
Our History
Greenview Park Village & Terence Kennedy House is a medium sized boutique retirement village and aged care facility established in 1997 by Patrick and Gerrie Ferry. It is one of two retirement villages and aged care facilities; the other is Highgrove Village based in Albany.
Designed with you in mind, in collaboration with close family friend and renowned British architect Terence Kennedy, Greenview Park Village delivers the aesthetic and function envisioned by Patrick and Gerrie to turn their Greenview Park dream, into reality. Gerrie, a current Director and a former nurse herself, had a specific vision and goal for Greenview Park. Patrick and Gerrie saw this to fruition until Patricks’ sudden passing in 2007. Their daughter Khim, the Managing Director and son Patrick (jnr) who is the Operations Manager, now work together with Gerrie as part of the family establishment.
