At Greenview Park Retiement Village we have a range of Villas and Apartments available for your inspection.

If you need a bit of extra support with home help, meals or personal care, we can provide these as one-off services, or as care and support packages.

Greenview Park Village was designed by the renowned British architect, Terence Kennedy. Spacious, comfortable and quiet our villas boast high quality interior décor and landscaped exteriors.

Our Villas are spacious with open plan living areas that provide plenty of room to personalise your space. Villas open out onto a maintained garden area or a balcony with a view.

The living rooms are large enough to accommodate a family sized lounge suite and dining suite and we encourage personalising your space to suit your lifestyle. Feel comfortable and at home in our warm, quiet villas installed with environmentally friendly carpeting which is neutrally coloured to style and match any personal décor.

Newly fitted kitchens are fully equipped with Fisher & Paykel stainless steel appliances:  oven, ceramic hob, range hood extractor and dishwasher drawer.

Everyone deserves a little luxury, so we’ve provided a heated towel rail and heated tiled flooring for added comfort. There is also a 24/7 emergency call button located in the bathroom.

Our cosy apartments are located within the main building allowing easy access to all village amenities.

Ground floor apartments open onto gardens with parking at the door.

First floor apartments have a  north facing balcony with wide views.

The living/kitchen area faces floor to ceiling windows and a ranch slider for maximum sun and light.  The bedroom is a very generous size with plenty of wardrobe space.

Neutral window treatments , carpets and tiles provide  an inviting and  fresh decor .

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a Fisher and Paykel  dishwasher , a ceramic hob, oven and rangehood extractor.
